At times we use students to answer the telephone. Please get them to repeat the message back to you to confirm they have taken it down correctly. This is important when you are leaving messages to make collection arrangements for children.

REPORT AN ABSENCE

The office is the FIRST point of contact for all absentees including holidays during term time. 

If your child is going to be absent or late, please notify us before 8.50am. The best method of communicating this is via the school app., tap the absentee icon, choose either call office or email and follow the prompts. If calling the office please clearly leave your child's name, class and the reason for their absence. We will let their teachers know.

If you are emailing your child's teacher and not using the app for this we kindly ask that you copy the office into the email at -  office@napiercentral.school.nz
