We need a couple of parents to join the HASCAP Trustees Committee. The Trustees play an important role overseeing the HASCAP operation. The Trustees meet once a term and Tracy provides a report on how everything is tracking. We have had a couple retirements and urgently need replacements so that the meetings can take place. If you can assist or would like more information please contact Tracy Roberts or Ross McLeod.

Hill After School Care And Play (HASCAP)

HASCAP's aim is to provide safe and organised care for school-age children, keeping the important element of fun in a stimulating and enriching environment.  We endeavour to treat all who are associated with our service as equal and valued individuals regardless of race, cultural or religious background, gender or ability.

HASCAP was established by a group of parents who formed the HASCAP Trust in June 1996. The Trust meets regularly to formulate and review policies and to discuss issues in relation to the service. We encourage new parents come along to the meetings with new members being appointed at our AGM held around April each year.

We are a non profit organisation dependant on regular payment of accounts by the users of the service.  This is vital to ensure our continued viability.

HASCAP Trust Mission Statement

The object of the Trust is to provide quality care for children who attend HASCAP. To ensure that HASCAP runs smoothly and continues as a financially viable enterprise. To offer support to the staff employed by HASCAP.  We can be contacted via Tracy or through the school office.
